A review of O2 Store by Blessing Nyahora written on Wednesday 24th of May 2023
I came to the O2 Aylesbury shop looking for broadband on the 18 of May. I was advised the earliest date to receive internet was Monday/ Tuesday the following week as I need an early connection date. I requested for an earlier date if possible and was reassured the team will call me the next day with any updates. No one contacted. I called the store on Saturday to chase up a possible earlier connection date, someone took my details and said they will call back but No one called back. I then got a response directly from Virgin advising engineer will come on Friday the 26.05.23. I called virgin requesting clarification as my internet should have been connected by Tuesday latest as advised by the O2 team, unfortunately O2 gave me the wrong information. The Virgin then agreed to change the date to Thursday 25.06 considering I was loosing income due to not having internet. I called 02 offices again to understand what happened the individual who answered the phone said I will call you back in 15 minutes and he never did. Surprisingly they called me this morning and took credit for changing the date and time the engineer was coming. I tried to explain to the individual I contacted Virgin and changed the date myself not them but he was not even listening.
This is unprofessional, please improve your customer service skills,.
