"Disappointing"

Whenever I have been in, either I have been short changed or over charged. Since opening their Royal Mail section, any package I go to collect it takes more than three attempts to collect. Either they’re shut, or Amazon sends me a message to collect and they say they don’t have it, or the older man says come back when my son arrives. I’ve lived here three years and it’s extremely rude and disappointing for me!.
