"Untimely collection"

I arranged for a collection between 12 - 5pm last week and as no one had arrived by 4, I called the store and was informed that the collection could happen as late as 6pm. The driver didn’t turn up until 6:40 and didn’t call beforehand, which resulted in me having to move the item, causing severe back pain issues, which will last for several weeks.

BHF drivers need to make sure to call customers before they arrive and also have to be courteous, empathetic and friendly, which certainly wasn’t the case. I was just told to sign the collection form in no uncertain terms..
