"Carefree"

I have been an o2 customer for almost 10 years. My mobile phone a S6 edge began to over heat and work eraticaly, so I booked it in for repair at this branch. I was told if I brought it in on a Sunday it would be ready by the following Thursday (27th April), so I did.

I tried numerous times to chase the repair online but with no luck instead getting a message NO TRACE OF REPAIR? I thought surely there must be a mistake as Jordan assured me it would be ready by Thursday 27th April. Today being only Tuesday I rang the repair line and was told they had not received it !

I then rang the o2 store to speak to Jordan as i wanted to get some clarity on the situation but instead Jordan proceeded to then inform me that he doesn't actually know when my phone will be ready (surely this is not an O2 precedure) But with no further explaination nor offering to see why there was indeed a delay or to investigate the isue When I asked for the reason why it has taken so long, he merely informed me that "there is nothing more I can say on the matter" I will now be without a mobile phone much longer then I was told or anticipated .I have no option but to go to a competitor carphone warehouse and buy a mobile phone to use as having a mobile phone is vital for my work. This situation has caused me a great deal of worry not to mention the expense of purchasing a newphone. Is this the way o2 treat customer's who have been loyal for over 10 years?.
