"Completely Wasted My Time!"

Stephen visited my home to quote for fitting some additional kitchen cabinets. Whilst he was there he spent most of his time measuring up and telling me in great and lengthy detail which parts of the job would be tricky for him. Frankly, I don't care. I don't need to know. That's why I'm hiring an expert! If I needed to know, I'd do the job myself.

Upon leaving, Stephen informed me that he'd call me the following day with his quote. That was on a Thursday evening. It is now the following Tuesday (5 days later) and I am still awaiting his call. I am at a loss to understand why he didn't just say that the job wasn't for him, rather than have me wait for a quote which clearly isn't coming and prevents me from accepting other quotes whilst I waited! How utterly inconsiderate of him!

I see from some of the other reviews on other sites that I am not the first person he has treated this way.

In my opinion, Stephen is a complete time waster and if I were you, I'd go elsewhere. I know I will do!.
