"No customer service - rude, unhelpful and expensive"

In a crowded market with lots of alternativs I can not believe this company is still in business! Have been buying from them for several years but enough is enough after the recent treatment I received. Wrong products sent - reluctance to take back then a wait of over a month for the correct items. In the meantime I order from a competitor Kraus and Naimer - items arrived quickly with great customer service and no attitude whilst I was still arguing over a credit from Salzer!.
