"Nice food shame about the customer service"

A review of BB's Coffee & Muffins by Sel written on Tuesday 13th of October 2015

Just had a very bad experience of customer service by one of the workers at this café. As a member of Bucks council staff I am aware of how much business we send BBs way. On discussing with a colleague I found out that her husband had also had a bad experience with the same member of staff, who was incredibly stroppy and rude.

This will drive customers away. Shame..
